We are currently seeking a part time, entry level computer tech and while computer experience is a plus, your ability to learn and follow instructions could be the key to your success.
Please note that this is an occasional customer facing role and will require a dress code during those times.
This is a great opportunity for students or anyone who has other employment that’s looking to supplement their income.
To assist with the disassembly and reassembly of desktop computer setups, while upholding the standards and expectations of our clients. Maintains classroom environment and assists with troubleshooting at our training facility creating an optimum classroom experience.
•Repositions computers from one area to another and sets them up by attaching the necessary peripherals.
•Ensures computers are up and running with correct operating system and software.
•Troubleshoots any unforeseen technical issues with in-center staff and remote system administrators.
•Maintains an accurate equipment inventory.
•Maintains communications with System Administration team if unable to complete or if further assistance is needed, when problems are encountered during a setup.
•Cleans classrooms including whiteboards, desks, keyboards, monitors, etc. and ensures classroom environment is orderly and organized.
