    Tech Data is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to expand our digital transformation footprint into an N-Tier business model. The top priority would be to understand ISVs and how to help them grow their businesses with TD. You will be tasked with accelerating the expansion of Tech Data's Cloud Marketplace, recruiting and onboarding new ISVs and connecting their solutions into TD's value proposition. You will be responsible for creating our go-to-market strategy; enabling our sales team to drive awareness, interest, and adoption of our Cloud platform and solutions; and educating customers on ways to grow their customer base. You must be a customer oriented thinker, of the solution selling mindset, highly self-motivated, and driven by a willingness to win.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

    • Create a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy to help ISVs expand their distribution and grow their revenues
    • Develop the positioning and messaging framework for new and existing Products and Services based on ISV problems & business needs
    • Develop Product Marketing programs to acquire, retain, and develop customers
    • Develop lead generation process which can be leveraged in CRM
    • Deliver sales enablement tools and training to all relevant channels
    • Deliver incentive programs to drive uptake of services through partner customer base
    • Identify and create case studies, best practice, and referrals program
    • Measure effectiveness of all programs and continuously optimize GTM plans for future launches.
    • Seek feedback and align objectives with key internal stakeholders
    • Be the content owner for all market-facing activity related to the specific product or service.
    • Work with Marketing team to execute program activity
    • Support the creation of thought leadership content to drive interest and awareness of Product team activities throughout our partner ecosystem

     

    Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions

    • Bachelor’s degree, BS/BA preferred
    • 10+ years of solution selling experience in technology or Cloud company 
    • 5+ years of B2B enterprise software experience is a plus
    • Strong Influencing skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across diverse backgrounds
    • Passionate advocate for customer needs and opportunities
    • Continuously learning and adaptable approach to maximize results
    • Self-motivated and ability to set own direction
    • Inquisitive about the market and emerging trends
    • Listens to and acts on feedback from customers and internal stakeholders
