    Works closely with senior management in order to resolve escalated issues with customers pertaining to Cisco orders and quotes as needed. Delivers resolutions to customer on behalf of senior management. Handles a variety of issues as assigned by management. Analyzes current processes and makes recommendations for process improvements to increase the level of service to customers. Handles special assignments as directed by management.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

    • Make approval/denied decisions on escalated issues.
    • Monitor phone ques and email boxes to include proper SLA’s.
    • Take calls and work email boxes as necessary.
    • Communicate changes in procedures to the department and internal or external customers.
    • Make decisions on non-routine escalated issues.Q
    • Facilitate team meetings and develops agenda items when necessary.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
    • Meet attendance and punctuality standards.

    Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum 2 years Solutions Associate with Cisco
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred

     Working Conditions:

     

    • May be located at the Clearwater corporate office or at the reseller location
    • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires
