Works closely with senior management in order to resolve escalated issues with customers pertaining to Cisco orders and quotes as needed. Delivers resolutions to customer on behalf of senior management. Handles a variety of issues as assigned by management. Analyzes current processes and makes recommendations for process improvements to increase the level of service to customers. Handles special assignments as directed by management.
