Manages configuration orders for customers by ensuring information is accurately entered to meet customer's build requirements and within established SLA's. Facilitates prompt resolution for issues that might delay order processing. Receives and processes information via email, phone, SAP and IPS.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
