  • Overview

    • Responsibilities include developing, assessing, analyzing and executing commercial and government contracts, agreements or other binding documents.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Works with a variety of business leaders/representatives and others in the development of new or negotiate changes to existing contracts.
    • Works with suppliers, vendors, customers, contractors and others inside and outside Company in accordance with responsibilities Reviews Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and purchase orders.Identify requirements and risks.
    • Provides unique services and assistance in support of global business relationships between regions
    • Resolves issues, concerns and problems within the scope of designated authority and Company policy for assigned aspects of contracts negotiations.
    • Coordinates resolution of contract issues and internal escalations Managing workload and additional projects with conflicting timelines and deliverables.
    • Effectively work in the contracts database tool which handles workflow and functions as contracts repository

     

    Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions

    Job Level Specifications: Computer literate with ability to utilize a variety of general business and specialized software applications

    Skilled in reading, understanding and interpreting applicable federal, state and local statutes, rules, ordinances, codes, regulations, case law and other related requirements

    Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with co-workers, vendors, contractors, suppliers, the general public and others conducting business with the Company

     

    Education:  Bachelor?s degree in law, business or related field or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties.

     

    Work Experience required: Typically 2-7 years of relevant experience developing, assessing, analyzing and executing business or governmental contracts, agreements and other binding documents or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties
