Job Summary: Provides technical support to customers by serving as the primary technical interface for Tech Data products, solutions, and services. Performs a variety of product, and technical support functions which include research and resolution of pre-sales technical and process related issues. Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned.

Principal Responsibilities: Assists customers with technical solutions. Provides hardware and limited software support across multiple supplier/product lines converged solutions, specific focus on server, storage and networking for HPE and EMC.
Job Level Specifications: Foundational knowledge of technical principles, concepts and standards acquired via academic instruction and/or relevant work experience of substantially the same level. Develops solutions to defined tasks, typical problems and projects appropriate in scope and complexity. May be solved by the application of specialized technical knowledge, concepts or theories. Work is usually performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. Receives initial direction and work may be reviewed for accuracy and quality. Interacts mostly with immediate management, project leaders and other professionals within the department or function.
Work Experience: Less than 2 years with bachelor's or equivalent combination of formal education and directly related experience. Education and Certification(s): Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education Distinguishing Characteristics: Works with both internal & external customers
