  • Overview

    Prospects key Cloud opportunities. Identifies pipeline opportunities through research and vendor/customer interaction. Markets Tech Data's Cloud offering and builds client pipeline. Determines contacts and organizes client research and presentation of proposal. Designs and creates presentation materials to present to Clients. Coordinate and present proposals to clients and negotiate terms of deal based on company profit objectives. Sell client on Tech Data's Cloud offering and solution framework proposal. Main objective is to close profitable deals with clients.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

    • Manages client pipeline.
    • Communication of potential opportunities in pipeline.
    • Creates presentations and documents of solution frame work and capabilities to client
    • Travels to clients to present and propose solution framework models to client executives.
    • Identifies and develops business opportunities.
    • Follows up on generated leads.
    • Defines and collects RFI/RFQ responses to clients.
    • Ensures customer facing contacts understand solution framework process.
    • Performs additional duties as assigned
    • Meets attendance and punctuality standards
