The VP Global Talent Management role is a senior leadership role with direct accountability for providing strategic and operational direction related to all areas of Talent Management. He/she is charged with the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive, innovative Talent Management program and service for the organization. This role is the primary point of contact for the business for talent management; understands their talent management needs, co-develop and ensure execution of the Talent Management/Organization Effectiveness agenda that supports the succession planning and business strategies.
This role oversees the organizational learning and development function on a global basis. It is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of executive, management, and employee development and training programs; succession planning; performance management practices; employee engagement; employee recognition; new employee on-boarding and other organizational effectiveness programs.
