Performs a variety of activities related to ITAD operations including sorting, identification, inventory, packaging, and shipping. Provides high quality, cost effective, and efficient service to meet current and future demands. Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned.
Principal Responsibilities: Processing materials in our ITAD group meeting customer requirements and inspection/testing processes. Process materials within time commitments and completes all documentation Communicates with lead/supervisor regarding any fulfillment issues or problems. Collects and enters data into the system of record, label product, and prepare outbound shipments. Ensures documentation such as packing lists, shipping labels, and other such documents are complete, accurate and processed appropriately. Job Level Specifications: Applies general knowledge of the organization, job content, practices and procedures. Has acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to be proficient in all aspects of job. Performs functions moderately complex in nature and recognizes the need to apply various methods to accomplish tasks. Work is performed independently under minimal supervision except for new assignments. Sets priorities for performing work and managing time to complete tasks. Interacts with peers and direct management. Some exchange of information with other internal departments or work groups is required to perform role. Impact of decisions may affect the department. Errors may result in moderate loss of time, resources and customer/user satisfaction.
Work Experience: Typically 2+ years Education and Certification(s): High School Diploma or equivalent Distinguishing Characteristics: May require standing for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. May require forklift certification. May be required to meet specified visual acuity standards if completing final inspections. Overtime may be required based on business need.
