  • Overview

    The Financial Analyst will supoport the corporate budget process and partner with corporate executive team to manage their operating budgets. Proactively identify and recommend solutions to business issues and ensure deliverables are achieved with superior quality and cost. Assist with monthly/quarterly performance updates by function/geography and assist in preparing quartely BOD presentations.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required


    • Support the Corporate budget, forecast, and management fee process
    • Provide management reporting including budget to actual analytics & forecast to executive team
    • Partner with executive team to provide business analysis to support key initiatives
    • Prepare BOD presentations
    • Ad hoc analyses for management
    • Maintains systems applications, including managing users, profiles, account access, security, and troubleshooting issues
    • Compiles and loads data received from other departments utilizing spreadsheet and database applications
    • Assists in preparation for management reviews and budgeting activities, as required
    • Validates accuracy of reported #s
    • Maintains management reports
    • Distributes reports
    • Coordinates robust testing plans for new enhancements.
    • Performs additional duties as assigned
    • Meets attendance and punctuality standards

    Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions


    • Bachelors Required
    • Work and/or internship experience in Accounting, Finance, or Accounting Systems is preferred.

    • Able to do analysis, evaluation, creating, reasoning, and drawing conclusions/solutions.
    • Works independently with appropriate level of supervision.
