    The Marketing Strategist will act a Marketing Consultant for Tech Data’s Cisco Supplier Business Development team. The position will be responsible for campaign development strategy. The Marketing Strategist will develop integrated marketing campaigns leveraging multiple channels and forms of deliverables to generate measurable marketing activity.  The position will work with the Cisco Supplier Business Development Executives to help define strategic go to market marketing plans for new initiatives.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

    • Experience developing go to market strategy and plans
    • Collaborating with Supplier Business Development executives (SBDE) to implement the marketing strategy
    • Develop a broad portfolio across various customer segments
    • Employ various marketing tactics and asisst SBDE in the execution

     

    • Integrated Marketing Campagin Development: 50%
    • Assist BDR with Executive and Sales Presentations-20%
    • Market Research-20%
    • Product Development and Enhancement-10%

    Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions

     

    Minimum of five years previous marketing strategy development including multi-channel, digital, social media, marketing automation and/or IT channel vendor/reseller marketing experience. 

     

    Experience in the Technology industry preferred (i.e Hardware, Software, Services etc.)

     

    Undergrad / Four-year degree in Marketing, Ingetragted Marketing or Communications (Bachelors Degree Required)
