  • Overview

    • Owns, manages and grows the high-level marketing business relationship with vendor accounts. Responsible for positioning and selling programs and marketing services, including branding, corporate marketing, demand generation, sales enablement and corporate communications.
    • Conducts market discovery to understand clients business plans, objectives, market challenges, competitive landscape and product roadmap, and accordingly, develops strategic marketing proposals with custom programs to meet clients goals and objectives.
    • Accountable for ensuring TDAgency exceeds client expectations while managing revenue, growth and profitability targets.
    • Creates and delivers financial, marketing and ROI presentations and scorecards to clients, ensuring the strategy and program objectives are aligned and delivering quantifiable results.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

    • Conducts market and competitive intelligence and research to build comprehensive marketing and demand generation strategy that translates corporate and sales objectives into targeted programs that generate qualified leads.
    • Works closely with product marketing, industry analysts, financial reporting, creative services and executive management.
    • Makes executive pitches, develops sales presentations and conducts regular sales meetings with marketing and channel sales executives to cross sell and up sell annual programs.
    • Develops strategic business plans and presents quarterly business reviews to clients.
    • Conducts and/or leads Market Discovery Program to review clients business plan, objectives, market challenges, competitive landscape and product roadmap, and develops strategic marketing proposals with custom programs to meet specific goals and timeframes.
    • Researches innovative marketing and demand generation technologies and programs to ensure clients receives state-of-the-art services and the highest quality leads.
    • Assumes a strategic and advisory role and leverages advanced technological expertise to achieve specific marketing and demand generation sales goals, market and mindshare goals and quantifiable business results for each client.
    • Keeps TD management informed by submitting activity and pipeline reports, such as daily call reports and program tracking, weekly work plans and monthly/quarterly financial analyses.
    • Maintains company, customer, technical and professional knowledge.
    • Drives business within assigned client and product division(s) to ensure that TDAgency profit and revenue goals are met.
    • Develops and manages detailed program budgets and high-level business goals and objectives for each client.
    • Utilizes the TDAgency database to manage marketing activities, company CRM system (SAP), and workflow production tool to manage traffic and status updates.
    • Works in partnership with TDAgency team members to ensure creative briefs, deadlines and project work is completed with highest quality standards, and delivered on time and on budget.
    • Ensures clients remains satisfied, updated and informed of all their current programs as well as new opportunities, through regular interactions with the client on a weekly basis.
    • Quickly resolves client issues striving for win/win outcomes.


    Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.
    • Provides back-up support for peers as necessary.
    • Participates in assigned task forces; documents processes and procedures.
    • Provides guidance in the development and execution of marketing strategy and tactical implementation of client programs.
    • Demonstrates proficiency in interacting with and presenting to senior executive level management or other large diverse groups within the company (or client company).
    • Leads/owns projects and task forces by setting timelines and expectations, assigning responsibilities, and defining scope of projects as well as steps for completion.
    • Proactively implements process and procedure improvements that increase efficiency and eliminate redundancy within area of responsibility.
    • Displays the commitment to encourage others by exhibiting a positive behavior and sharing best practices to enhance the skill sets of the team.

     Previous Experience (Years & Type):

    • Desire 4-6 years related Agency and/or corporate marketing experience in high-tech software, hardware or consulting services.
    • Able to perform the necessary skills utilizing marketing technology and analytical tools relating to job performance and tracking.
