    Provides timely and accurate commission payments to employees eligible for incentive payments.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Reviews compensation plans and validates Income Plan metrics to perform   appropriate calculations to accurately pay commissioned employees.
    • Researches, calculates, approves and implements commission adjustments and related payroll documents     
    • Communicates submission process and deadlines for income plan submission and changes.
    • Reviews and validates that submitted employee commission paperwork is  complete and meets established commission criteria
    • Identifies gaps and informs management of individuals without plans and escalates issues as appropriate.
    • Responds to inquiries regarding commission pay issues, concerns and/or questions conducting research and, resolves and/or recommends resolution within the scope of authorization.
    • Facilitates establishment of income plans each Fiscal year by performing plan modeling to identify proposed income plan metrics providing input on plan formats that can be supported by current data sets and communicating concerns to finance management.
    • Tracks and maintains commission payments, Income Plans and organizational changes 
    • Prepares monthly productivity reports for commissioned providing information serving as a resource to payroll, employees and others regarding commission payments and processes.
    • Maintains documentation to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements


    Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions

    Knowledge and Skill:


    • Knowledge of applicable Federal, state and local statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances and other governing documents/requirements 
    • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with co-workers, vendors, contractors, the general public and others having business with Avnet.
    • Skill in operating a personal computer utilizing Microsoft Office products and/or other general business and specialized software applications.


    Work experience requirements:

    • 3 years of compensation, payroll, commission or closely related experience a plus


    Education & Certification Requirements

    • High School diploma or equivalent required
