  • Overview

    As a member of the Tech Data Agency, the ideal candidate for this role develops and implements Tech Data's digital marketing communications, including but not limited to online communications, digital integration campaigns, e-mail marketing campaigns, lead generation, digital asset production and management, and web advertising. Maximizes the various digital marketing assets of Tech Data digital marketing team and works to develop additional digital solutions that align with the overall marketing and strategic plans that support Tech Data and our vendor partner's goals and objectives.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required


    • Designs HTML e-mail assets, and implements e-mail marketing campaigns including broadcast, newsletters, lead generation and nurture campaigns. 
    • Designs and implements responsive landing pages, web pages, web advertising and other online communications such as digital video, webinars and other digital messaging.
    • Reviews and interprets digital marketing analytics.
    • Executes A/B and multivariate testing, and testing roadmaps, as well as measures, analyzes and optimizes results
    • Formats all graphics, logos and images to be used in digital marketing materials and saves to shared repository.
    • Ability to troubleshoot digital bugs, and reconcile performance issues.
    • Reconciles financials of digital marketing jobs and process invoices for payment.
    • Discusses scheduling and service level agreements with Traffic and Production Team.
    • Serves as a resource to Project Specialists and Marketing Account Executives to consult on best practices for Digital Marketing.
    • Represents the Digital Marketing team in the development process of digital marketing activities.
    • Supports management in providing traininig and best practices to marketing teams how to plan, execute and report on status of marketing activities.
    • Works with management and stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities for increased productivity; revises procedures or devises new procedures or forms to improve efficiency of workflow.
    • Assists with development of personnel to work efficiently as a team and continuously improve the quality of their work, providing service levels that meet or exceed customer expectations. * Stays current on new technologies, and best practices in digital marketing 
    • Performs additional duties as assigned 
    • Meets attendance and punctuality standards
    • Organizes scripts, schedules and oversees recording of Message on Hold
    • Develops and implements webcasts and webinars.
    • Implements online surveys.

    • Bachelor's Degree in position discipline, e.g., Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, preferred; plus four or more years' relevant experience preferred.
    • Agency and corporate marketing experience preferred.
    • Able to maintain confidentiality of senstitive information.


    Preferred experience with Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot.
