Primarily responsible with the headcount tracking and recociliation of the busines. Must have proficient excel skills and high attention to detail.


Provides analytical support to a specific functional area, department, or division. Develops and provides regular reporting for assigned area/department/division. Prepares and analyzes ad hoc operational or financial performance reports. Provides summaries of data explaining cause and effect of business trends and anomalies and provides conclusions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Assesses and analyzes data requirements at a system and sub-system level.
  • Creates, designs and diagrams logical data models for optimum performance to support data applications.
  • Works with new functional areas to design data models.
  • Designs and extracts atomic data elements. Designs, constructs and maintains relational data bases.
  • Coordinates the development and population of new data.
  • Develops and/or implements database recovery plans and procedure
  • Job Level Specifications: Complete understanding and wide application of technical standards, principles, concepts and advanced techniques. General knowledge of other related disciplines.
  • Develops solutions to complex problems where advanced analysis of data and technology is required.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in determining best techniques to achieve results.
  • Work is performed without appreciable direction using independent judgment and discretion.
  • Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives.
  • Work may be reviewed at a high level from a relatively long-term perspective, for desired results.
  • Frequently represents organization as a prime technical contact on projects or contracts.
  • Interacts with external professionals on significant technical matters requiring coordination between organizations.
  • Actions impact the success and completion of a project.
  • Failure to accomplish work or erroneous decisions will result in serious project delays and expenditure of substantial resources to remedy.

Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions

Work Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (Accounting/Finance preferred)
  • 1+ year of relevant experience


Distinguishing Characteristics: Supports data requirements for a business application. Strong attention to detail and ability to present in front of executive management.
