Performs analysis of Telecom related needs and contributes to design of Telephony architecture, integration, and installation. Servers as senior technical resource for organization to insure effective and efficient telecommunications infrastructure. Responsibilities include the design of voice solutions utilizing telecom systems and environments, which include hardware, software, access methods, and protocols used. Defines the method of control, future flexibility, and connectability. Assists with defining global strategy for a broad range of voice and data network technologies including PBX, IVR, VOIP, call center solutions, call distribution, public/private access methods, communication protocols and standards. Maintains corporate compliance with established standards and practices. Provides Consultative services for US, Latin America, and European initiatives.
