This position will be supporting our Suwanee, GA Logistics center.  The HR Coordinator will serve as a link between the Center, the HR Business Partner and the corporate HR team, as well as the Safety department.  They will collaborate with corporate HR team members to ensure timely and accurate communication, data-entry for various systems and completion of required forms or processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

The HR Coordinator is responsible for many on-site needs of the employees and management:

primarily falling in the areas of General Administration

  • Recruiting/Staffing
  • On-boarding/Off-boarding
  • Payroll
  • Benefits
  • Safety

Heavy reliance on time and task management to ensure timely and accurate information is taking place. 


High level of exposure to multiple HR specialty areas, providing a broad knowledge of HR program delivery.

Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions

  • Success in this role will be enabled by one or more years of experience working in Human Resources. 
  • Attention to detail and deadlines is readily needed. 
  • This role has standard work hours Monday – Friday, beginning between 8:00 and 9:00 am and ending between 5:00 and 6:00 pm.  However, work hours may be adjusted based on the needs of the center. The HR Coordinator has no travel requirement.
