Manages the high level eBusiness functional plans including the relationships between development, planning, finance and change management globally.  This position is accountable for the eBusiness contracts, work request and purchases request from time of conception to delivery and the various milestones in between. The Program Manager differs from project managers in that the role is broader in scope and would control the use and access of funding to activity.  The program manager manages a range of initiatives to achieve the out come of driving business critical eBusiness initiatives.  The role requires a degree with emphasizes on business management skills and process. The role need to have excellent written skills and be excellent at attention to detail. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

    • Works with eBusiness team and business partners to gather appropriate business requirements for eBusiness Programs – starting at proof of concept including ideas
    • Drives delivery of eBusiness programs and ensures that project delivery matched originally communicated requirements and expectations                            
    • Partners with the internal business partners and client groups to understand problems, concerns, needs and creatively partners to develop creative eBusiness technology solutions
    • Develops and disseminates key program-related communications including regular update meetings with program sponsors and program steering committee
    • Takes the lead in managing stakeholders and facilitating cross functional interaction globally
    • Provides input/guidance to individual work stream leads and resolves issues
    • Responsible for the delivery of eBusiness programs, aids the project teams, but tracks and drives the entire program with reporting relative to performance of the program
    • Takes ownership of overall program progress, including tracking/communicating results, while doing this on an on-going basis over the duration of the program
    • Additional duties as assigned
    • Meets attendance and punctuality standards

Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions

Previous Work Experience:

  • 4-7 years of experience in IT process management
  • Project Management experience is an asset
  • Understanding of IT Systems
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies of web development and supporting processes


  • Bachelors Degree Required
