This position will be supporting our Swedesboro, NJ Logistics center. The HR Coordinator will serve as a link between the Center, the HR Business Partner and the corporate HR team, as well as the Safety department. They will collaborate with corporate HR team members to ensure timely and accurate communication, data-entry for various systems and completion of required forms or processes.

The HR Coordinator is responsible for many on-site needs of the employees and management:
primarily falling in the areas of General Administration
Heavy reliance on time and task management to ensure timely and accurate information is taking place.
High level of exposure to multiple HR specialty areas, providing a broad knowledge of HR program delivery.
