Provides classroom, one-on-one, and on the job training. Demonstrate effective classroom management. Conduct presentations and training seminars. Responsible for course scheduling, mentoring and tracking all attendance by employee, course, and departments. Develop efficiencies relating to business process and procedures

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

  • Create and maintain training manuals.
  • Develop efficiencies relating to business procedures and policies
  • Formulate course material and teaching outlines
  • Develop new policies and procedures in credit and customer service functions as required by business
  • Evaluate individual employees and provide feedback in an objective and professional manner utilizing written observations and recommendation to their appropriate managers.
  • Prepare and distribute departmental hot sheets

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:


Education & Experience:   High School/G.E.D. required; Bachelor's degree preferred.  

2+ yrs experience in Product Marketing or Sales preferred

  • Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence. Able to provide courteous, timely service when addressing customer questions and concerns.
