Manages contract negotiations and document processes for AIS and Product Marketing-related distribution agreements and complex Sales-related commercial customer contracts (over $100 million in volume) as well as high visibility/high impact negotiation in other ancillary departments. Identifies and provides advice to Product Marketing, AIS, Purchasing, Sales and other departments regarding key business issues/risks within contractual documents, developing contract risk mitigation strategies, and negotiates to obtain favorable contract terms. Identifies process improvements, participates cross department projects to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Negotiates agreements for US-based Latin America/Canada business. Manages, researches/prepares responses to highly complex RFP, RFI and RFQs that encompass Tech Data global sales (international subs). Negotiates agreements for US-based Latin America/Canada business.
