Manages assigned Supplier and Partner programs for Tech Data. Serves as the primary liaison between the company sales team, suppliers, and resellers. Communicates and coordinates program-related training for resellers and internal sales, and sales support teams. Responsible for daily consultative, customer facing engagements for the program(s). Liaison between Tech Data, Suppliers, and resellers for program changes, updates, process, trainings, etc. Is actively involved in and maintains current knowledge on all program changes, requirements and parameters and provides feedback to Suppliers and Partners regarding program. Could be first focal point that partners will have with Tech Data support, so customer relationship building and follow-up is critical. Helps to deploy improvements and coordinates activities to complete. Creates communications to keep Resellers and Tech Data sales teams up to date on initiatives and programs. Plans, coordinates, executes and/or On-boarding activities required. Conducts detailed reseller certification analysis, creates reports and gap plans to ensure resellers are compliant.
