This position provides technical, analytical and administrative support to business leaders and HR Business Partners in the area of corporate compensation. This position is responsible for participating in compensation surveys, job evaluations, internal equity analysis, determining job classifications, and provides support/analysis for the common merit increase process and quarterly, semi-annual and annual executive bonus processes. Also provides corporate compensation functional support in the processing of employment requisitions, support and development of job descriptions and managing the job description database.
