Oversees the programmable products operations within assigned scope of
responsibility for one or more of the following processes: integration assembly, device programming,
pc integration and configuration, testing, technical repair, planning and quality assurance. Provides
high quality, cost effective, and efficient service to meet current and future demands. Optimizes
facilities utilization, process execution and compliance with internal policies and procedures and
external regulations. Provides oversight and direction regarding human resource, financial and
operational activities which may encompass any of the following or related activities as well as other
duties as assigned:
Assembles and installs a variety of hardware and electronic components to standard build and
customized specifications using state-of-the-art technology and processes.
Produces customer approved 1st article semiconductor devices.
Integrates, configures and tests a variety of PC hardware, operating system software and

Creates, reviews, updates, presents, manages and/or contributes to a variety of statistical,
narrative, financial regularly scheduled and ad hoc written and oral reports and presentations.
Assesses productivity measures, identifies trends and monitors department activity.
