Overview

The Cisco Vertical Lead Solution Consultant (LSC) is an expert in Cisco channel enablement. The LSC will be responsible for assisting and developing Cisco Partners practices from a vertical standpoint. This candidate will possess skills in effective partner enablement, understand partner profitability models and key enablement tools that can set partners on the right path for Vertical success. In addition, this candidate must have experience in leading teams and be familiar with business consulting type models.

 


 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

Main Roles include:

  • Responsible for building out and executing on a Cisco partner program for Verticals - focusing on partner developmen and enablement
  • Conducts strategic business consultations to partners around Verticals/solutions
  • Grows our 2T partner account base through the implementation of strategic business plans on verticals/cisco solutions
  • Conducts indepth market analysis and segmentation research to identify key areas for partner penetration
  • Assist manager in the development of overall goals and strategies for Consulting team
  • Will have various project work as it pertains to enablement
  • Travel to partner events and customer visits

Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions

Previous Experience (Years & Type):

  • 5 to 7 years relevant and advanced systems, technology, and industry experience.
  • 2 years in leading a team

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

 

Working Conditions:

  • Professional, office environment.
  • Some travel may be required
