Provides on-going support to the Talent Acquisition Team by updating/tracking candidate activity in the applicant tracking system. Ensures that all operations of the hiring process are completed properly. Organizes and sends out all offer package components. Facilitates all background checks and drug screening and following up with candidates throughout the process. Performs tasks such as generating reports; sending correspondence to internal partners and external candidates; assisting with the coordinations of interviews and travel arrangements; maintaining files; and processing expenses. Completes special projects as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

  • Facilitates and monitors background checks and drug screening to completion
  • Compiles data for weekly recruitment activity report
  • Manages Employee Referral program
  • Utilizes personnel data in SAP to review internal candidates
  • Provides ad hoc reports as needed
  • Utilizes ATS system iCIMS to review and move candidates through the hiring process
  • Prepares offer letters and new hire packages
  • Handles routine applicant correspondence (i.e. applications, rejection letters, offer letters)
  • Schedules phone and on-site interview
  • Coordinates on-site hiring events to include space reservations, refreshment orders, etc.
  • Complies with all legal and professional standards and ensures they are followed during the employment process (i.e. applicant tracking/data entry)
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
  • Meets attendance and punctuality standards

  • Previous Human Resources or staffing experience preferred.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of senstitive information.
