Provides on-going support to the Talent Acquisition Team by updating/tracking candidate activity in the applicant tracking system. Ensures that all operations of the hiring process are completed properly. Organizes and sends out all offer package components. Facilitates all background checks and drug screening and following up with candidates throughout the process. Performs tasks such as generating reports; sending correspondence to internal partners and external candidates; assisting with the coordinations of interviews and travel arrangements; maintaining files; and processing expenses. Completes special projects as assigned.
