Provides analytical support to sales division. Develops and provides regular reporting for sales division. Prepares and analyzes ad hoc reports, and provides summaries of data. Works on special projects as directed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

  • Maintains systems applications, including managing users, profiles, account access, security, and troubleshooting issues
  • Ad hoc analyses for management
  • Works with models for analyzing changes/opportunities, efficiency initiatives, or other business issues
  • Tests and maintains management reports Compiles and loads data received from other departments utilizing spreadsheet and database applications
  • Assists in preparation for management reviews as needed
  • Maintains management reports
  • Coordinates robust testing plans for new enhancements.
  • Develops basic/intermediate models for analyzing new business opportunities, efficiency initiatives, or other business issues
  • Preparation for management reviews as required
  • Validates accuracy of reported numbers
  • Distributes reports

Performs additional duties as assigned

  • Meets attendance and punctuality standards

Required Educational: Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or similar field
