Manages the development, coordination and implementation of projects and process improvements. Engages with customers to determine needs and communicates project status regularly. Supports management with business analysis and reporting.
* Serves as single point of accountability for the management, implementation and execution of one or more projects. * Monitors project plan against actual performance to ensure delivery on time and according to customer requirements. * Develops, monitors, and maintains project plans utilizing standard tools and templates. * Identifies, assesses, resolves, and tracks issues impacting the project. * Leads, directs or engages cross-functional and cross-departmental teams on process improvements. * Provides timely status reports to Major Accounts management team. * Maintains open communications with customers and management team. * Engages in customer conference calls. * Manages updating scorecards, forecasts, report summaries and presentations.
