  • Overview

    Manages the development, coordination and implementation of projects and process improvements. Engages with customers to determine needs and communicates project status regularly. Supports management with business analysis and reporting.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

    • Serves as single point of accountability for the management, implementation and execution of one or more projects.
    • Monitors project plan against actual performance to ensure delivery on time and according to customer requirements.
    • Develops, monitors, and maintains project plans utilizing standard tools and templates.
    • Identifies, assesses, resolves, and tracks issues impacting the project.
    • Leads, directs or engages cross-functional and cross-departmental teams on process improvements.
    • Provides timely status reports to Major Accounts management team. Maintains open communications with customers and management team.
    • Engages in customer conference calls.
    • Manages updating scorecards, forecasts, report summaries and presentations.
