Overview

Performs industrial and process evaluation, improvement and or re-engineering in support of Logistics Center Operations, Configuration & Assembly Operations, and related supply chain activities. Conducts evaluations and analyses on key warehouse operating metrics, such as throughput, capacity, storage types and quantities, etc.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

  • Maintains consistent work/method studies and develops appropriate reporting and recommendations.
  • Maintains consistent practices in development, documentation, and implementation of improved work methods, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensures consistent practices in the development, documentation, and implementation of engineered productivity and work standards.
  • Conducts capacity and utilization analysis and planning for Logistics Centers and Network.
  • Conducts engineering design/redesign activities for existing facilities, expansions, and new facilities.
  • Responsible for Ergonomic and Safety engineering studies for all processes and activities.
  • Executes material handling engineering studies to support required specifications, evaluation and selection.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
  • Meets attendance and punctuality standards
