Overview

Manages a group of entry level sales professionals.  Responsible for their onboarding, training, and development in their sales duties. Manages day to day business operations for assigned Sales teams. Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all productivity reporting. Supports business process improvements and enhancements. Provides leadership and development of staff. Provides input on how department can improve procedures to ensure that the department functions at optimum efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

  • Responsible for hiring and development of entry level sale people  (70%)
  • Responsible for helping to develop training curriculum for employees (5%)
  • Manages day to day sales operations for assigned Sales teams. - open order mgmt., tdcc requests, general email activities (5%)
  • Manages normal personnel items (5%)
  • Carry out initiatives that support business process improvements and enhancements for Sales department (5%)
  • Serve as a point of escalation on customer engagement (5%)
  • Supports & carries out special projects as assigned  (5%)

Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions

  Experience:
 
•    5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
•    3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
 
Education & Certifications:
 
•    Bachelor's Degree required.
 
Working Conditions:
 
•   Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
•   Professional, office environment.
•   Some travel required.
