Manages promotional programs including but not limited to, meet comps, end user bids, checkbook, government and other specialized vendor programs. Maintains proper tracking mechanisms and retention methodology to ensure appropriate follow up communications are conducted with the vendor partner or Product Manger. Supports processes that addresses Vendor promotion disputes or audits. Aware of vendor programs changes and potential impacts to the business. Identifies problems, communicating via email or phone with Product Marketing and Sales. Monitors all team mailboxes, and other input areas and manages to department's SLA's. Understanding of SAP and business processes relating to a vendor's terms and conditions, reviews and approves requests for all promotional activity.
